I got a bunch of different types of greens from Organics Today Farm, and there was no way they were all going to fit in my fridge.  Plus, I was completely starving after working up an apetite weeding all day.  As soon as I got home with them, I knew I had to whip something up real quick.

I looked in my cabinets, and curry powder jumped right out at me.  Yes, I was craving something savory.  I threw about 4 different kinds of greens into a cast iron skillet, along with some yellow onions, and went to town on them.  I cooked them in coconut oil and bragg’s liquid aminos, then added curry powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, garam masala, himalayan pink salt, turmeric, and a special ingredient I have called “savory.”  This Savory spice is absolutely amazing.  It’s made by Loving Care Enterprises, and is based on the Ayurvedic healing sciences so the ratio of each ingredient is very strategic and balanced, formulated to help improve digestion.  The ingredients are ginger, turmeric, basil, cayenne pepper, asafoetida, sea salt and oregano.  Really a great, convenient spice to have.

Once it was done cooking, I added a cut up cooked vegetable masala burger and topped it with some Trader Joe’s vegan mozzarella.  Yum!
