Easy one!
Ingredients
Brussels Sprouts
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut off any brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves.
Mix them in a bowl with enough olive oil to wet all of the sprouts, and some salt and pepper. Use your discretion.
Pour them on a sheet pan and space them out so that they don’t touch.
Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until they’re a little crispy on the outside.
Shake the pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly. Once half way through is fine.
Sprinkle with a little more salt and serve it up!
