Ingredients:
white onion
garlic
mushrooms
brown rice
black beans
cayenne
cumin
pepper
corn tortilla
coconut oil
lime
Saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms with some cayenne cumin and pepper. Put some brown rice and black beans in the pan and mixed it up. Take them off of the pan and put them in a bowl on the side. Toast one side of the corn tortilla in coconut oil, then flip it over, add daiya, and cook until it melted. Prepare some limes then put some of our cashew sour cream in it.
Oh then get freakin messy with some hot sauce and eat it with your hands. Woo!
