Olive Oil
Sea Salt

Put your sprouts, Olive oil, sea salt, and pepper into a large bowl or pot and mix them up until they’re covered. Then bake on a sheet on 400 for 35 mins.

Shake, or flip twice during the cooking process. Be sure to shave off a few leaves onto the pan for brussels chips!
