Just mash up chickpeas with a fork for chunky style, or toss in food processor for a smoother salad. Add vegenaise, chopped veggies (celery, onion, carrot, pepper, anything you like) and spices – onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, paprika, salt, pepper, parsley – play around. You can also add relish, or mustard, or even tamari – I seriously make it different every time haha. Then scoop into a collard green, add a few slices of avocado, and wrap it up!!
