Almond Milk (coconut, rice, whatever!)
4 parts cinnamon
2 parts ginger
1 part allspice
1 part nutmeg
lil bit of maple syrup
Finish off with some sliced strawberries on top for some chewing action.
Also, you could always replace the banana with pumpkin if you wanted to make it truly pumpkinish.
