This raw taco filling is perfect inside a green wrap and the usual taco finxin’s.
What you’ll need:
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 carrot
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- fresh or dried basil & oregano
- a splash of oil (any kind will do – I used a garlic infused olive oil)
- 1/4 onion
- Himalayan pink salt
- dash of cumin & cayenne pepper if you like it hot!
Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix until it’s a nice, chunky consistency. You may need to add a bit more oil or a splash of water so it’s not too dry.
