This meal was all about the Trader Joe’s products. We have the new Trader Joe’s vegan cheese, Trader Joe’s vegetable masala burgers, and I realized the sweet potatoes were also from Trader Joe’s!
I’m a huge fan of the new Trader Joe’s vegan cheese. It’s no daiya – it takes a lot of time to melt at a very high temperature – but it’s incredible tasty and so awesome to have another good vegan alternative to cheese. Plus, I really like it uncooked. I find myself eating it by the handful straight from the bag, which is not something I enjoy doing with daiya.
And the Trader Joe’s vegetable masala burgers are heavenly. If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out!
