Eat your veggies! or… drink your wheatgrass!
Wheatgrass is one of the richest natural sources of vitamins A, complete B complex, B-17, C, E, and K. In addition, Wheatgrass is an excellent source of Calcium, Potassium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Sodium, Sulphur, Cobalt, Zinc, 17 forms of amino acids and enzymes.

What the health is wheatgrass?

Wheatgrass is a plant that is grown from the Red Wheatberry, a special strain of wheat that produces high concentrations of chlorophyll, active enzymes, vitamins and other nutrients.
One ounce of Wheatgrass Juice is equivalent in vitamins, minerals, andamino acids found in 2-2+1/2 pounds of green leaf vegetables.

How should I drink it?

Straight up! Have a shot!
If you can’t handle a shot, try it with 6 parts carrot juice, or two parts pineapple juice, or with water and 2 parts lemon. It’ll go down a bit easier.

I personally think it tastes the way that Ireland smells, and that’s alright by me.
